Shipping policy

We offer arrive alive guarantee as long as in the very unfortunate and extremely rare event you receive damaged or dead (DOA) phytoplankton or copepod bottle you send a CLEAR set of photographs and/or video within two hours of arrival time, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will issue a full credit for the price paid for them for any DOA phytoplankton and copepods or you can choose a replacement blend or copepod of the same type or variety and comparable size. This is for shipping selections of 4 days or less. If longer shipping options are chosen, no DOA coverage is available. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited back due to DOA arrivals. If you wish to receive a replacement item, you will be charged for the shipping.

If your area is going to be 80-90 degrees we require 3 days or less shipping, 90-95 degrees we require 2 days or less shipping. Over 95 degrees and it will need to be overnighted to you. Any shipping requested outside of this temperature related policy will NOT be covered by any DOA.

If a package is rejected for any reason, you will be responsible for the full cost of the shipping invoice.

Any orders which are cancelled must be done so within 24 hours of ordering (and before shipping) or they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
