Frequently Asked Questions

So you bought phytoplankton or pods from us, now what? 

• You should receive an email with a copy of your invoice after purchase. 
• If local pick up, we will contact you via phone or email to establish a pick up time.
• If shipping, you will get a notification once we purchase the label with a copy of your shipping label for tracking.
• Phytoplankton is best stored in the fridge. Shake container daily before use. See dosing post for dosing instructions.
• Pods are best dosed at night with lights off. Once you receive them pop the top off and let them breathe on the counter until time to dose. It is best to split pods among the sump (if applicable) and the display. 
• We are not responsible for any loss if directions above are not followed.
